    • Additional necessary recommendations to ensure a pass is achieved every time;
    • U-value calculations for submission to Building Control; and
    • Comprehensive advice and support throughout the whole process.

    • Multiple Dwellings = £45 per unit*
    • EPC = £30 per unit*
